A damage deposit of $500 will be held seven days before check-in. This will put a 29-day authorization hold in the unlikely event that damages occur during your stay. Issues that can result in forfeiture of security deposit include, but are not limited to: damage to property inside or outside the cabin, excessive mess requiring additional cleaning services, failure to adhere to check-in and check-out times, etc. If you leave the property as you found it, you will receive the full deposit back.

**CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE FIRM** 
Guests will NOT be able to access the property before check-in time. 

In order for us to be ready for the next guests, our cleaning crew will arrive promptly at 11:00 a.m. to begin cleaning. Please ensure you are out of the cabin before our cleaning crew arrives. 

Detailed check-in instructions will be provided via email prior to arrival. 

We live in Boise, which is a 3-hour drive away. We will be as responsive as possible to any issues but are not on site. 

Vintage-style wood-burning oven and stove.

No more than 10 guests are allowed at any time. This will be strictly enforced. 

Fire extinguishers are FOR EMERGENCY USE ONLY! Non-emergency use will result in a fine of $50 per extinguisher used. Please DO NOT use fire extinguishers to put out your campfire. Use the faucet, hose and bucket nearby. 

There are small steps leading into the cabin and no ramps. There is one main-level bedroom. Bathroom is not wheel chair friendly as clearances are very tight. Loft area requires navigating stairs. 

We are the Slaughter Family: Mike & Britiney and our 3 boys. We have been enjoying the Sawtooth Mountains as a family for generations. We are the new owners of this amazing cabin and are thrilled to be able to share it with you. It has a long history as a place many families have been able to stay to enjoy this area we all love so much. We welcome you to our little slice of paradise!
