High Season - January 1 thru April 30:
• At the time you book 50% of rent amount, is due.
• Final balance due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Low Season - May 1 thru December 19:
• At the time you book 50% of rent amount, not including taxes, is due.
• Final balance to be paid when you arrive.

Holiday Season - December 20 thru to Jan 6:
• 100% of rent plus taxes due at the time of booking.

• If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund
less any credit card fees.
• No refund if you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date.
• No refunds will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

NO REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING
